Grid Clash is a free game with no account and no purchases. These terms are short because there is very little to agree to.
1. The agreement
By installing or using Grid Clash ("the game"), you agree to these terms. They are between you and AI Dribblers ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to them, do not use the game.
The game is distributed through Google Play, and Google Play's own terms of service also apply to your download of it.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the game except to the extent that law expressly permits it despite this limitation; modify or create derivative works from it; redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense it; remove or obscure any notice in it; or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
3. In-game items have no monetary value
Coins, boosters, extra lives, relics, stars and progress are part of the game, not property. They cannot be bought with money, cannot be exchanged for money, have no cash value, and may be changed, reset or removed in an update. The game has no in-app purchases.
Your progress is stored only on your device. We keep no copy and cannot restore it if the device is lost, reset, or the app uninstalled. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
4. Advertising
The game is paid for by ads served by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional: you are shown what you will receive before you choose to watch one. Interstitial ads are limited and never appear in the first few levels. What Google collects to serve those ads is described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not control which ads Google serves. If you see an ad you believe is inappropriate or misleading, tell us at support@aidribblers.com with a screenshot and we will report it.
5. Intellectual property
The game, its artwork, audio, level designs, name and logo are owned by AI Dribblers and protected by copyright and trade mark law. Third-party components are used under their own licences, including the Montserrat typeface (SIL Open Font License), the Godot Engine (MIT), and the Poing Studios AdMob plugin (MIT).
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any part of it at any time. We try to keep saved progress working across updates, but we cannot guarantee it for every future version.
7. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will run on every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Dribblers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress or goodwill, arising out of your use of the game. The game is free, so where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. You may have consumer rights under the law of your country that these terms do not affect.
9. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version is posted at this address with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the game after that counts as accepting them.
